RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

This policy covers returns and refunds at RYDA. It includes your voluntary 30-day return option as well as your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Both apply independently of each other – your statutory right of withdrawal always remains unaffected.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Return period: 30 days
In addition to your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (see cancellation policy below), we offer a voluntary 30-day return option. You can return your order to us within 30 days of receipt.

Return costs
– Germany: For returns within Germany, a flat return fee of €4.90 applies, which is deducted from your refund amount.
– Other countries: For returns from abroad, the customer bears the cost of the return shipment.

Condition of the goods
Items must be complete, undamaged and in a condition suitable for resale. Worn, washed, soiled or clearly used items are excluded from the voluntary 30-day return option.

Refund
Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the purchase price (less the flat return fee of €4.90 for returns within Germany, if applicable) via the payment method you originally used.

Sets and bundles
Sets are sold at a joint discounted price. If you return only part of a set, the item you keep will be charged at its regular single price at the time of your order. We deduct this amount from the set price paid and refund the difference to you (less the flat return fee, if applicable). If you return the complete set, we refund the full set price.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day

– on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods, if you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and they are delivered together;

– on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last item, if you ordered several goods as part of a single order and they are delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Ryda Active, owner: Murat Soydas, Nagelsweg 22G, 20097 Hamburg, Germany, phone: +49 176 84161878, email: info@ryda.cc) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us (TK Asia Logistics GmbH & Co. KG, Schmidts Breite 15, 21107 Hamburg, Germany) without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
