Would you like to return your order? Here you can find all the information about returns.

Returns within Germany

You can return your order within 30 days of receipt.
Returns within Germany can be registered via our returns portal.

We charge a flat return fee of €4.90, which is deducted from your refund amount.

Please pack the items carefully and completely. As soon as your return has arrived and been checked, we will issue the refund via the payment method you originally used.

Returns from outside Germany

For orders outside Germany we currently do not provide return labels. The organisation and costs of the return are therefore borne by the buyer.
